Conditions of Enrollment
By yourself as the Consumer, hereinafter referred to as “you”, “the Participant” or “Delegate”, for enrollment in education courses and events by Pythagoras Institute of Sound & Vibrational Healing, hereinafter referred to as “We” or “Us”,
All Courses (in-person, Distance and eLearning)
Payment must be received by Us in full prior to the course start date. To confirm your enrollment you must pay each invoice we issue within 30 days starting on the date issued. If you enroll on any course within 14 days before the course is due to start, then payment is due immediately.
All cancellations must be received in writing (email is acceptable) no less than 14 calendar days before the start of the course and will be subject to an administration fee of `€150 or 50% of full fee, which ever is lower. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start of the course will be charged the full fee.
Participanst who do not attend on the day will be considered ‘no shows’ and will be charged the full course registration fee. We regret that registrations cannot be transferred to another course; however delegate substitutions may be made up to 10 working days before the course. Access to the course and all the materials is on an individual basis. If you share access with any other individuals they will be liable for the full registration fee.
Confirmation of your booking will be emailed to you automatically on receipt of your booking. Full joining instructions, including programme timings and special instructions will be sent no later than one week prior to the course or immediately for those booking within one week of the course date. Please note that no joining instructions or materials will be provided before receiving proof of payment for the course. We will not be held liable for any transport or accommodation costs in the unlikely event of a course being cancelled.
Please note, due to circumstances beyond our control, speakers, venue, content and timings may vary. We reserve the right to cancel or re-schedule the event if necessary. In the case of cancellation by us a full refund of course fees will be made. In the event of a re-schedule course fees will be transferred to the new date. Delegates who cannot make the revised date should follow the cancellation or delegate substitution procedures above, delegates will not be required to request cancellation 28 days before the course if the new date makes this impossible.
Details of registered delegates and speakers (name, job title, company name, country only) will be placed on the attendee list which will be shared with all delegates including, on occasion, representatives of sponsors and exhibitors. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should advise at the time of booking in writing to us.
Photography and video
On occasions, we take photographs, videos and audio recordings which may be used to help promote our conferences and courses (both online and in print). By booking into a course/event you are confirming that you are aware of this and have no objections to your image or voice appearing in any material issued by us after the meeting. However, if for any reason you do not wish us to use your image or voice for any reason, please let Us know and your request will be honoured.
Recording and photography by delegates is not permitted at any of our courses or events without obtaining prior permission.
eLearning and Distsance Learning Courses
A 14-day cooling off period applies to all bookings. If you change your mind during this period without accessing the course, no cancellation charge will apply and you will receive a full refund. If you access the digital content in any way your right to a refund is waived.
No refund will be given if we has reason to believe that an individual has viewed any of the content they have purchased.
We regret that registrations cannot be transferred to another course or event. eLearning and Distance Learning course bookings are not transferable.
Webinars
Payment must be received in full prior to the webinar start date. You must pay each invoice we issue within 30 days starting on the date issued. If you book on any course within 30 days before the webinar is due to start, then payment is due immediately.
All cancellations must be received in writing (email acceptable) 14 calendar days before the start of the course and will be subject to an administration fee of £50 + GB VAT. Cancellations made after this date will be charged the full course registration fee.
Participants who do not access the live webinar will be emailed a recording of the webinar or sent the slides if no recording is possible after the webinar, and will therefore be charged the full course registration fee.
Bookings made after the live webinar has concluded, will be sent a link to a recording once full payment has been received. If payment is received and access to the recording is provided a refund will not be given. You will have access to the webinar for six months from the day of purchase.
Webinars are for individual use only and must not be shared.
We regret that webinar registrations cannot be transferred to another course or event, and delegates are not able to transfer their place to another delegate.
A confirmation will be emailed automatically to confirm receipt of your booking. Joining instructions will be sent two days prior to the webinar or immediately for those booking within two days of the webinar date.
Please note, due to circumstances beyond our control, speakers’ content and timings may vary. We reserve the right to cancel the event if necessary and issue a full refund of course fees.
Pythagoras Symposium 2022
Invoice payment of all fees must be received by us within 30 days of the invoice date, or before the conference date, whichever is the earlier. For bookings made within 28 days of the conference, a credit card payment or immediate bank transfer will be required.
Early bird discount rates expire on [date]. Bookings made after this date will be charged at the normal rates. Early Bird offers are applicable only in conjunction with confirmed bookings and all amounts due must be received by is within 30 days of the invoice date. Any Early Bird Rate invoices unpaid after 30 days of the invoice date will forfeit the promotional rate, and will be subject to the full rate. We reserve the right to offer discounts at our absolute discretion. We also reserve the right, without any liability, to withdraw such discounts.
Fees will be invoiced and should be paid in full prior to the start of the conference as non-payment may affect your admission into the conference. If you are unable to meet the payment terms, please contact us for advice.
Discounts and offers
From time to time Pythagoras Insttitute of Sound & Vibrational Healing may offer discounts on courses. Discounts are subject to availability, and only one discount code/offer can be redeemed per booking.
If you have any questions about the Terms & Conditions or if you wish to cancel your place for any of the training above you must put your request in writing.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
